Research Publication by Graduate School Doctoral Student

A group led by Mary Charles Moshi from the Department of Geosciences, Geotechnology, and Materials Engineering for Resources in the Doctoral Program at our Graduate School conducted joint research with the University of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania), Tohoku University and the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. They carried out detailed petrological, geochemical and mineralogical descriptions of the Wigu Hill carbonatite in Tanzania and clarified the nature of the associated rare earth mineralization. The results were published online in Mineralium Deposita.
