SEG Student Chapter of Akita University Awarded Stewart R. Wallace
Fund

SEG (Society of Economic Geologists) Student Chapter of Akita University has been awarded the Stewart R. Wallace Fund (US$2,000). This funding will be used to conduct field excursion to the gold deposits in the forearc region of northeastern Japan. (The photo shows a group picture taken during the field trip to the Kamaishi Mine in 2022.)
