Cultivation of human resources who can contribute to international communication
- Cultivation of human resources who can contribute to international communication in local areas by promoting the cultural communication and mutual understanding among Japan, Asian countries, European and American Countries.
- Cultivation of human resources who can contribute to the establishment of a system of interregional cooperation and communication in certain local area, based on the understanding of the history and culture of the Northwest Pacific Region and international relationship.
- Cultivation of human resources who can be engaged in the cross-cultural communication in foreign countries, based on the deep understanding of Japanese culture and communication skill.
- Cultivation of human resources who can play in the field where foreign language skill is required, by acquiring English, German, French, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Classic Greek, Latin and Hebrew languages.
Features of Education Method
- We will give education for the acquisition of comprehensive and practical language management ability of Japanese language and other languages.
- We will pursue the possibility of cross-cultural communication and coexistence through multilateral understanding of Japan and other countries.
- We will give education for the cultivation of practical skills to conduct theoretical studies for understanding the essence of communication and to communicate internationally making use of multimedia.
- We aim for the graduates to be able to acquire the ability to properly send information obtained from the deep understanding of Japanese and local cultures to the world.
We also aim for the graduates to be able to theoretically understand European-American, Asian and African cultures, especially the cultures of the countries in Northwest Pacific Region, and can directly receive information from said countries to have mutual communication, thereby further enhancing the capacity to practically understand the cultures of foreign countries.
