Application Process | Please submit the application documents to the International Affairs Division of Akita University through the International Center of your home university. Details of the application documents and submission deadlines are listed in the application guide. The application guide will be posted on the Study Abroad Program Information page when the application period begins, and will also be sent by e-mail to the person in charge at each partner institution. *Information will only be posted on the Study Abroad Program Information page during the period when applications are being accepted. |

Requirements to receive a Certificate of Completion |
If you take 8 class periods or more per week (one class period = 90 minutes) of classes from the international exchange program and/or faculty courses and you properly obtain credits for at least 8 class periods' worth of these classes, then you will be provided with a Certificate of Completion. |
